What is my process?

I usually start off making a list of what I want to draw. I tend to think in themes. The list is based on countless hours of thinking about my next project. I visualize what it is and if there are other pieces involved… what will this piece turn into; screenprint, tee-shirt graphic, etc. I use a sketch book or tracing paper to begin my drawing. I then ink it using a pen from a set of Staedtler pigment liners. These are great since the set has four different size tips. I usually go for the 0.3mm or 0.5mm. I erase all of my pencil lines then scan in the drawing. If adding color, I will use Photoshop. If not, I just save a digital file or print so that I can burn a screen.
